Mediation

As a neutral with the American Arbitration Association, Michael's hourly rate is $200, with a $100 per hour study fee. The American Arbitration Association handles administrative matters and charges fees accordingly.

In cases outside the American Arbitration Association, a non-refundable filing fee of $150.00 is required.

Private desk arbitrations, which require no in-person hearings, are done at a flat-fee rate of $500 per party.

All other provate arbitrations are done at a study rate of $50 an hour per party and hearing rate of $100 per hour per party. A three-hour minimum is required.

When mediating, Michael's hourly rate per side is $150, with costs depending on circumstances of the case. 

Mediations are presumptively booked in three-hour increments, but can be customized. 

After normal hours and weekend mediations can also be scheduled. Please contact me directly to arrange.
