• I bring an extensive and varied background to arbitration and mediation. I've been litigating for over 25 years while continuing to learn about the interplay of technology and law. Few other arbitrators or mediators come to the table with an LL.M. in Information Technology and the Law. This saves both parties time and money in having to educate the arbitrator or mediator about how computers or telecommunications actually work.
• I offer alternative dispute resolution services in the areas of insurance, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. I base my ADR practice on the ideals of speed, economy and justice.

When arbitrating, I believe in getting quickly to the heart of the issue and getting a decision to the parties. In addition to handling independent arbitrations, I am on the roster of neutrals of the American Arbitration Association and arbitrate commercial and consumer matters.

As a mediator, I believe that mediation shouldn't just be an exchange of numbers. My job is to help the parties understand each other's positions, decide what is possible and to give them the best chance to resolve their case. ​​​
